The hotel is well located to the centre of Évora. Room was basic but sufficient for a few nights stay. The air conditioning could do with upgrading as it wasn’t very effective. The breakfast was more than adequate offering plenty of options to suit all. Check-in was straight forward. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is located in a quiet, hidden street, yet you can walk everywhere easily. Warm welcome and nice staff! Comfortable room with a desk, TV, tea/coffee maker and all that you may need. Maybe a blanket in the room would be nice. I decided to have a breakfast and it was very tasty. I would stay again.

The staff were outstanding, always cheerful and friendly and extremely capable in answering any questions or resolving any problems for us. Kudos especially to Anna for her excellent linguistic skills and commitment to ensuring we had the best stay possible. We would definitely come here again.
